Shipping Policy

Production Times

Each MemorLux frame is laser-engraved and hand-inspected. The handcrafting production time is 3 to 4 business days from the moment we receive your photo and confirm the design.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days in mainland Spain via tracked courier. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery times and costs may vary.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over €60.
• For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Tracking

When your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking number to locate it at all times.
