Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the memorlux.com website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you accept these conditions.
1. Products and Customization
MemorLux sells plaques with laser-engraved stainless steel plates, customized according to the client's specifications (photograph, text, dates, style, and finish). The images on the website are illustrative; each piece is unique, and slight variations in tone or finish may occur, which are characteristic of a handcrafted product.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
3. Orders
Once the order is placed and the design is confirmed, production begins. Due to the personalized nature of the products, cancellation will not be possible from that moment on (please refer to the Returns page).
4. Intellectual Property and Use of Images
The client guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the images and texts provided and authorizes their use for the fulfillment of the order. MemorLux does not claim rights over such images and treats them confidentially.
5. Liability
MemorLux is not responsible for errors in the customization data provided by the client or for delays beyond our control (transport, force majeure).
6. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the corresponding courts and tribunals in accordance with current consumer regulations.
