What size is the frame?

The steel plate is 10×15 cm, mounted in a premium black frame ready for hanging or tabletop display.

How do I send my photo?

It's very easy: you upload your photo directly on the product page, along with the names, date, and phrase, before purchasing. If you have any problems, email us at sales@memorlux.com and we will help you.

What engraving styles can I choose?

Linear, realistic, cartoon, or pencil sketch. Each style gives a distinct character to your memory. You also choose between a flat or deep finish.

Can I use my own design?

Yes. Choose the "Own template" option and you just have to upload your image; we engrave it as is.

What is the difference between Flat and Deep?

The flat finish offers thin, elegant lines. The deep finish adds more engraving depth and a texture that can be felt to the touch.

Does it include a frame?

Yes. All pieces include a premium black frame, ready to hang or place on any surface.

How long does it take to arrive?

Handcrafted production in 3–4 business days and shipping in 3–7 business days throughout Spain with tracking.

Can I return it?

As it is a personalized product, returns are not accepted except for manufacturing defects. If it arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please consult our Returns Policy.

Is it durable?

Very. Stainless steel and laser engraving resist water, light, and the passage of time: your memory will not fade.
